RETURN POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: personalized signed books.

To initiate return / exchange, please email tk@tkleighauthor.com with any issues regarding your order. If it qualifies for return / exchange, a return label will be provided at no cost to you. Refunds / exchanges will not be issued until the item is received in good condition.
